Immortality - Lokixreader part 2

Phil went silent after you told him what Loki had said. He nodded to you quickly and left the room, closing the door behind him. You sighed and leaned back, letting your eyes slip close to recover some of the sleep you'd lost.

~~~ Outside your room, the hellicarrier meeting table ~~~

"Did lady (Name) confirm your theory Agent Coulson?" Thor asked as Phil returned to the table.

"Yes" he answered. Director Fury joined the Avengers team around the table, looking to Phil.

"Is she sure?" he questioned.

"Fury, she spent a week with him, she's sure" Tony defended.

"And how would you know that Stark? You haven't even met her" Fury snapped in reply.

"I have a better question" Steve said and everyone looked to him. "Why is she still alive?" There was silence as everyone else considered that.

"The Captain has a point. the rest of the people he's killed within a few days, so why is she still here? Her boyfriend's body was found a week ago, who knows how long Loki was there before that was discovered." Natasha pointed out.

"If this is the case, I sense she serves some higher purpose in one of those schemes of his" Thor added, "He believes Midgardians to be below him, so he would not have any other reason for ensuring that she lived"

"By rights she shouldn't be alive. I talked to FitzSimmons after they looked at the apartment, there was twice the amount of blood on the bedroom carpet than should have been in her body" Phil explained, making everyone frown in confusion.

"How is that-?" Clint started to ask, but was interrupted by the image appearing next to Fury.

"It's an old spell actually, one I found during my studies in the libraries of Asgard" the holo-Loki answered. The image laughed as it found every Avengers' weapon trained on him.

"Please, you know I am not the real me. You should be thinking about why this image is really here and where I actually am" the holo-Loki told them, crossing it's arms with a smirk.

Phil was the first to run down the corridor towards your room, Natasha and Steve on his heels. They managed to get the door open in time to see Loki vanish with you in his arms.

Loki smirked as he transported you to the abandoned apartment, laying you on the bed. His smirk became a grin as you shifted on the soft surface, obviously in pain.

In your sleep-state, you cringed away from him as he went to push a stray hair off your face, causing his grin to widen even further.

"I have given you immortality and for that you will repay me. You may fear me now, but someday, you will agree to be queen" he mumbled, stroking your cheek. "You will see, we have an eternity to get to know each other"
